The powder arrived a few days later.
Instructions: Wet toothbrush. Dip in powder. Brush two minutes. Rinse. (You can use it with or without toothpaste.)
I used it that night. Then again the next morning. When I rinsed, my teeth felt smoother. Cleaner.
Day 1-2: Nothing visible.
Day 3: The brown marks between my front teeth looked lighter. Definitely lighter.
Day 4: My teeth looked cleaner. Brighter.
Day 5: We were having breakfast. My husband looked up from his coffee and just stared.
"What the hell did you do to your teeth?"
"What?"
"Your teeth. They look completely different. Did you get them whitened?"
He NEVER notices anything. I once got my hair cut six inches and he didn't say a word for three days.
But he noticed this.
I ran to the bathroom. He was right. The yellow was lifting. The brown stains were fading.
My teeth looked white. Actually white.
Week two: My daughter said, "Mom, your teeth look really nice." Same 11-year-old who'd called them "gross" three weeks earlier.
Three months later? Still white. Haven't faded.
People treat me differently. Colleagues. Clients. Even strangers. And I stopped doing that thing where I smile with my lips pressed together in photos.
No pain. No sensitivity. No burning. Just two minutes, twice a week.
